Light and strong. This is created by using a ductile casting method tha is said to be techonologically difficult to achieve. The pans are only 2mm thick and weigh 2kg. Created form this unique ductile casting method, the KAWAGUCHI i-mono pan is proof of the superior craftsmanship of Kawaguchi's casting artisans.
